SEDC together with 4 partners from other European countries is the leading partner in a project proposal called Innovation Agent Transference. The general objective of the programme is to support participants in training activities in the acquisition and the use of knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal development. In resume, the project proposal tries to answer this objective by improving innovation and competitiveness of organizations and mainly SMEs by fostering and facilitating lifelong learning. Women are a special target group in the project because of their relatively disadvantaged position in technological fields.
