Social Innovation

SEDC aims to become the social entrepreneurship frontier in Lithuania and an important Centre for social innovation in the Eastern Europe.

The Centre’s goal is to introduce and anchor the social entrepreneurship concept in both the country and wider region, making it inseparable from the Third Sector discourse. SEDC initiates international partnerships in the field and explores new ways community benefit organizations could be empowered.

SEDC provides range of services focused on social innovation and entrepreneurship. This entails consulting, training, public events and other tailored solutions for various entities in private, public, or citizen sector.

EU project management

In the area of EU project management we provide the following services to foreign companies:

local project management and backstopping services;
collection of the background information for the project proposals;
organising fact finding visits to Lithuania and arranging meetings with potential local partners and experts;
local project staff selection and recruitment;
market reasearch in the Baltic States;
trade missions and partner search in the Baltic States.

For Lithuanian clients and partners we provide advisory services on preparations for using EU structural funds, training on EU project preparation and management and information on available funding opportunities. We prepare investment projects and feasibility studies.
